The Need to expand the strength of International Laws

The Need to expand the Strength of International Laws

The events taking place in Arab Countries, where people take   their city streets to demand political reforms to eliminate their dictatorships and setting up democratic governments, are demanding to expand the force of International Laws that one can intervene to Developing Democracies (Politics, Human, Social).

Democracy Policy requires cyclic changes of governments, parliaments and executives, elected by universal popular suffrage, independent Judiciary, as well as Constitutions born of representation and popular support.

Human Democracy requires the free expression and exercise of Human Rights, through the existence of full freedom, to life; social cultures (not harmful); beliefs (not harmful); diversities (not harmful); minority groups (not harmful
); personal development.

The Social Democracy requires the freedoms full existence for, gender equality; civil associations; economic enterprises; philanthropic enterprises; public and private social support for educational purposes with any other healthy social development objectives.

Modern societies can no longer admit the existence of anachronistic Sovereign  States  in  name of beliefs in habits and customs; religious beliefs;  minorities beliefs, let in natural laws, customary, written inhumane treatment of any kind to, any color, any age, any sex, any sound creeds.

Modern societies have a duty to fight, as a whole,  Legal Systems of Sovereign  States whose laws do not match  Multilateral Treaties and Laws  adopted by a majority of UN member Sovereign States; Defense of Democracies (Politics, Human, Social), as  defined by most UN Member Sovereign States.

Modern societies have a duty to abandon practices of unilateral decisions (only one or minorities) in matters involving other Sovereign States; must submit to the practices of multilateral decisions (supported by representation and voted by a majority of Sovereign States, in UN).

Modern societies have a duty to create  Court(s) that can trial and impose  penalties to individuals, governments and Sovereign States who commit crimes (as defined by International Laws) from trafficking , drugs; weapons (of personal and/or mass destruction);  toxic products and waste;  money obtained by false values (real and virtual), kidnapping, coercion, theft, piracy (of any kind, including smuggling), corruption; war crimes (terrorism included here) ; genocide; crimes against Rights (Politics, Human, Social), as a minimum.

Given the current state of tension created by popular uprisings in the world clamoring for their governments towards  Democracies, it is necessary to propose directions of how to structure the Modern Societies, present and future, and as they should be obeyed by the Sovereign States.  Such statements serving as a guide in order to create a framework of International Laws and Court(s), with international reach, making provision for trial and sentencing of offenders.
